Our new Northwest Houston office close to Tomball is adding 3 new recruiters.
Increase current client base of Qualitec Consulting Group, L.P., by developing new accounts while helping service existing clients. Daily plan and commitment to speak to thirty new contacts/decision makers. Develop long term business relationships, which result in repeat business. Identity qualified candidates in the engineering and technical sales region. Participate in the team environment adding to the overall synergy of the company. Maintain personal production along with assisting in overall attainment of company goals.
Gather names for recruiting by sourcing, referrals and research. Talk to each individual to determine if they are a prospective candidate. Objective is to receive qualified resumes everyday.
Plan prior to each day of business to insure that thirty contacts are made each day.
Learn respective scripts for marketing, recruiting and overcoming objections.
Interview and check references on candidates.
Conduct client visits and EIO’s.
Keep track of statistics to maintain track record of reaching goals.
Set send outs and prepare candidates for send outs as well as taking feedback after interviews.
Become an expert in the Basics, with a strong commitment to training. Maintain self-inflicted training by listening and watching training videos/webinars.
Become proficient with the use of PCR. Utilize Internet for research and planning during non- prime time hours.
Regularly send out mail, hard and email along with business cards and marketing material.
Develop matching skills.
Negotiate fees through win/win tactics.
Maintain a well-organized desk.
Enter all information into PCR.
Sell close and negotiate during entire process.
Maintain a strong resilience to rejection
